I had a wonderful time at this hotel! The location is perfect, with a quick boat ride taking me straight there. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful, showing me around the facilities. The meals included in my package were delicious, with two menu options for each meal. The swimming pool was great for relaxation, and the limited spa services were a nice touch.
Nothing, no complaints at all! My stay at this hotel was fantastic and I couldn't find any negatives to mention.

We spent a lovely New Year's Eve at a peaceful spa hotel. the natural surroundings were amazing, and the massage and food were excellent. We especially enjoyed the fact that we could arrive by boat, saving us time and hassle. the facilities were clean and cozy with a heated floor which made the experience very comfortable.
The limited menu options and service timeframes for meals, making it difficult to get snacks or meals outside of these times. the swimming pool was rather small for the number of guests it had, and the water was not warm enough.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, situated right on the river bank in an area called El Tigre. It's so convenient, just a short distance from the Tigre station. We enjoyed the peaceful and natural surroundings, with gardens, kayaks, and pools available for guests to enjoy. The breakfast offered a decent selection, including tasty eggs and fresh medialunas. The staff were always positive and helpful, making us feel welcome and ensuring our needs were met. The room amenities were top-notch, with a well-stocked mini-bar, a comfortable sitting area, a sink, and free toiletries. We also appreciated the added features like the AM/FM alarm clock, CD player, and flat-screen TV. The parquet floor added a touch of elegance to the room, and the dining area provided a cozy space to enjoy our meals. The free Wi-Fi in public areas was a nice bonus, allowing us to stay connected during our stay. this place exceeded our expectations with its exceptional service, comfortable rooms, and leisure facilities.
Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

This riverside hotel boasts beautiful natural surroundings, with clean and private spa facilities that offer visitors a range of treatments. Guests can also enjoy a pool and hot tub, as well as kayaking on the nearby waterways. Rooms are clean and comfortable, while guests rave about the delicious meals served on-site. This hotel provides a welcome break from the bustle of the city, with cozy heated floors and a natural, organic feel that is perfect for unwinding.
Some minor maintenance issues were reported, though these did not detract significantly from the overall experience.

Had an amazing getaway with my partner in Argentina, nestled away in a serene location surrounded by beautiful greenery and waterways. Delicious meals were served at set times that we looked forward to, offering fresh produce and a range of options to choose from. The resort offered a range of relaxing spa facilities and kayaks which we used for a leisurely excursion.
The resort could have provided more options for snacks in between meals, as we found it quite difficult to find something outside of meal times. while the staff was friendly overall, some of the service was not as consistent as we had hoped for the cost.
